- Reworked the Nagios pipeline, cutting dashboard load time 96%, from about 4 s to 150 ms.
- Architected operating-times ingestion for 20k displays, removing 240k manual overrides and saving about €3.7M per year.
- Introduced the company’s first formal GitLab CI/CD pipeline and migrated Aupal to Spring Boot.
